Josh Martindale and Alice Piper travelled up to Hereford at the weekend to compete at the Welsh Nationals.
Josh gave a storming performance to win  Gold and become Welsh Champion in the primary o31Kg
division.
This was truely an outstanding feat. Well done josh!!
Alice fighting in her first Junior competition(u16) since moving up from primary was in a very strong group
of much older girls and finished 6th, (and unfortunately had to withdraw with a shoulder injury).
