JUDO COMPETITIONS

Hi everyone, I have details of two competitions this autumn:

1.The Welsh Junior Nations at Hereford on 27/9/09,(+Espoirs).

2.The Plymouth Open (B.J.A. 3* event) Sunday 18/10/09 - PRIMARIES 8-12 YEARS, JUNIORS 12-16 years,and SENIORS 16+.
There is a possibility of a a BJA Cornish Championship on 4/10/09 at according to the BJA web site I will keep an eye on this.
ALSO Autumn course and grading at Pz.L.C.,7-8/11/09.

Dates for 2010:- Cornish Team Championshisps Pz.28/3/10.
Cornish OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS Pz.13/06/10.

Judo starts back on Friday 5th Sept.

I wanna ask about some timetable (days and hours) for the classes of a senior group (I'm 27) as I can't find anything on the forum.
